Formed in 2022, the Charlie Company Cooperative (c3) is a Veteran-led nonprofit dedicated to connection, service, and post-traumatic growth. We walk with Veterans through the fire—helping them understand PTSD and brain injury, navigate the VA, reclaim their stories, and forge a new path forward through service, storytelling, and sacred connection.In 2023 we refined our mission, got laser-focused on building this cooperative from the ground up, ensuring minimum operating expenses and maximum on-time legal and tax filings, and started connecting with old battle buddies. We scored our first life-changing successes through VA relationship overhaul for four Soldiers in 2023, resulting in accurate and validating diagnoses for their service-connected PTSD.In 2024 we continued doing great things, directly assisting more than a dozen Veterans transform their lives of struggle and strife to ones of independence and purpose through education, empowerment, and direct tactical assistance with the Veterans Administration.In 2025 we're driving forward with our primary mission of changing Veteran lives through direct VA support, and taking that healing to the next level through the Foundry & Forge initiatives. A Rite of Passage Forged in FireThe Foundry is a 5-day off-grid father & son camp for young men and their mentors—led by combat Veterans, grounded in service, and shaped by the land.Who It's For:
- Young men ready for challenge, clarity, and confidence
